REMITASE el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela propuesta por Carmen Olfidia Torres Sanchez en representacion de Yanneth Extusberky de Castellanos contra la Nueva EPS y la IPS Las Americas Clinica del Sur, al Juzgado veintiocho (28) Penal del Circuito con funcion de conocimiento de Medellin, para que le de tramite y decida en forma inmediata.

Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE al Juzgado veintisiete (27) Penal Municipal con funciones de control de garantias de Medellin, la decision adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional en relacion con el conflicto de competencia.
